10 Minutes

   I have been trying to put a better foot forward with myself lately and one of the ways I am trying to do that is getting back in shape. But I'll be honest I am not always the best about it. The idea of setting aside a few hours a day to hit the gym seems overwhelming. That's when Pop Sugar Fitness was introduced to me!

My roommate and I started a new blog documenting life in our new apartment with each other. We are both trying out eating pale right now, so there will be lots of new attempts at recipes. Casey Balsham

This is Casey Balsham and she is an amazing friend of mine. She also happens to be one of the funniest comedians I know. She has been does stand up all over L.A. and San Diego. Sadly for me (but super lucky for New Yorkers) she is moving to New York City at the end of February. I am going to miss this women dearly, she is one of the most endearing friends I have who always is someone I can lean on.

iMovie Dancing

So i just opened up my iMovie for the first time in years and I found this little gem my sister made of me when she was teaching me how to use it.....Enjoy!

Wake Up!





Today I started my day with a refreshing flavored water! I made it last night, so that it could really soak in the flavors and boy did it! I simply used fresh peach, mint and lemon and my new weck jars.
Started with a peach
Cut it up
Pick some fresh mint
Add to jar
I didn't show it but I also used lemon. I feel healthy and happy with this start of day drink! Enjoy!
